Speechify is a company that aims to make reading never a barrier to learning by providing text-to-speech products. They are looking for a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power their outbound motion. The ideal candidate will have experience in GTM engineering and a strong understanding of the modern GTM stack.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Personal experience in building outbound systems from scratch
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• Ability to think in funnels and measure everything
• Ability to ship fast, keep things simple, and not wait for permission
