Go-to-Market Engineer – Oakland, CA, USA

Speechify is looking for a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power their outbound motion, including lead enrichment and sequencing workflows, CRM architecture, and AI-powered personalization at scale. The successful candidate will have experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a heavy technical lean, and will have built outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows. The role will involve deploying AI agents for automated prospect research, personalized outreach generation, and follow-up workflows, and evaluating and adopting new AI and GTM tooling rapidly.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Built outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
