We’re hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power our outbound motion, including lead enrichment and sequencing, CRM architecture, and AI-powered personalization at scale. The role is infrastructure and systems-focused, with a focus on pipeline influenced metrics.
Requirements
- Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
- Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
- Ability to think in funnels and measure everything, including pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity
