Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power their outbound motion for SIMBA, a product that deploys natural, human-sounding AI voice agents in 71+ languages. The role involves building and maintaining outbound infrastructure, owning the GTM tech stack, and deploying AI agents for automated prospect research and personalized outreach generation.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Personal experience building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, and lead scoring
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack, including Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, and REST APIs
