Go-to-Market Engineer – Seville, Spain

Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer for SIMBA, a platform that lets companies deploy natural, human-sounding AI voice agents in 71+ languages. The role requires building and owning the technical systems that power outbound motion, including lead enrichment, sequencing, and CRM architecture.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• Ability to think in funnels and measure everything, including pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity
