Speechify is a company that offers text-to-speech products to turn reading materials into audio. They are looking for an Account Executive / Go-to-Market to sell their product SIMBA, a natural, human-sounding AI voice agent. The role involves owning the full sales cycle, running technically deep discovery calls, building custom voice agent prototypes, and developing GTM playbooks.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in a sales, account executive, or GTM role at a technical B2B company
  • Track record of closing deals with both technical buyers and business stakeholders
  • Comfortable getting hands-on with APIs and no-code/low-code tools
  • Strong understanding of the AI/ML or voice technology landscape
  • Exceptional communicator who can simplify complex technical concepts
  • Highly self-directed with strong pipeline discipline and a bias toward action
