As a GTM Strategy Operations Manager at Spendesk, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our go-to-market processes, ensuring seamless execution and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement GTM strategies in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Manage and optimize our CRM (Salesforce) and other GTM tools.
  • Analyze GTM performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closing, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage sales enablement programs and resources.
  • Streamline sales operations processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign execution and lead management.
  • Onboard and train new sales team members on processes and tools.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within our GTM systems.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a GTM Strategy, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, Seismic).
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
