We are looking for a GTM Engineer / Growth Strategist – the kind of growth-minded operator who thrives at the intersection of revenue, automation, and strategy. This role is perfect for someone who loves building scalable revenue systems, experimenting with GTM strategies, and leveraging AI-driven automation to turn ICPs into predictable revenue.

Forget traditional sales roles – this is a GTM powerhouse position. You’ll be designing and orchestrating the entire buyer journey, optimizing growth experiments, and building tech-enabled revenue operations that drive measurable impact.

If you live in Clay, HubSpot, and SendSpark more than Salesforce and are obsessed with AI-driven outbound, automation, and workflow orchestration, this might be your dream job.

What You’ll Do:

  • Architect & optimize the end-to-end buyer journey, from ICP identification to revenue conversion.
  • Build and execute multi-channel GTM experiments using next-gen tools like Clay, Smartlead, and Rb2b.
  • Develop & implement data-driven strategies to engage, nurture, and convert high-value accounts.
  • Automate revenue operations with AI and workflow tools, creating scalable, repeatable processes.
  • Partner with leadership to refine GTM strategies and align them with company objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve conversion rates, reduce CAC, and optimize funnel performance.
  • Stay ahead of GTM tech trends, continuously refining our stack to maintain competitive advantage.
