We are building our Product Marketing team and we’re looking for a self-motivated and customer-oriented Senior Product Marketing Manager.
Superside is a Creative-as-a-service redefining how companies keep up with an ever more demanding market. Our customers are Marketing, Sales and Creative teams that struggle to scale their creative effort. We provide them with a solution that helps them move forward quickly.
We have grown really fast financially—going from $1M to $42M ARR—but there’s still a lot of potential for us to accelerate that growth in the short term.
Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will play a big part in maximizing Superside’s potential to delight our users and will have a direct impact on how revenue is generated.
What you’ll be doing
- Define personas, messaging, positioning, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies
- Act as the glue between Product & Services and GTM teams
- Collaborate with marketing or sales teams when launching a new product
- Gather and share knowledge around our market, industry, and customers, while becoming an expert in our users
- Join forces with teams across the company to collaborate on the roadmap, build and optimize GTM plans for existing and new offerings
- Build and implement adoption and expansion strategies for our existing customer base
- Enable GTM teams to improve conversion rates across every stage of the funnel from awareness to expansion
- Create resources like presentations, case studies, and other collateral that help Sales teams optimize the processes and close deals
Our biggest challenges right now
We’re a new team!
That comes with all sorts of challenges, from defining our own Product Marketing culture to creating a go-to-market strategy. Superside has a real hunger for Product Marketing and a lot of big strategic questions still need to be answered. In two words, we need to build a lot of things from scratch and that requires knowing how to navigate uncertainty while forging a path for Product Marketing.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 2-5+ years in product marketing in B2B/SaaS, preferably with experience selling to enterprise and mid-market companies
- Track record of successfully working on critical projects with stakeholders across the business
- Ability to lead, motivate, and work collaboratively with a team behind a bold mission
- Affinity for a fast-paced, fast-changing, ambiguous environment
- Proven ability to successfully take new products to market, from ideation to launch
- Experience building tools and training that empower GTM teams
- Customer and buyer research skills as well as a knack for crafting jargon-free copy
- Customer-focused work approach with the grit to build structures and pioneer things
- Passion for product marketing and eagerness to help build a best-in-class organization
