Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Finance preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in a highly analytical role
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Some travel required
• Strong Excel and Argus modeling experience required
• Strong understanding of the nuances of retail assets
