Senior Business Development Representative responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans within an assigned territory, generating new sales revenue by prospecting and adding new commercial customers, and managing a larger portfolio of local and cross-territory/multi-branch accounts.
Requirements
- Achieves sales goals and executes sales plans to small to large businesses
- Presents proposals for lawncare services and programs along with obtaining long term contracts
- Generates new business to business sales revenue by prospecting and adding new commercial customers
- Negotiates price and design by using company provided guidelines and technology/CRM
- Project management duties within branch, including coordinating with local branch management and service team
- Collaborates and coordinates service and sales efforts in multiple branches within the region
- Executes prospecting strategies for discovering and closing new accounts while balancing a larger portfolio and achieving desired retention rates
- Assists with mentoring/training BDRs
- Builds Networks, Persuades, Strategic Mindset, Manages Ambiguity, Drives Results, Customer Focus
