Role Overview

Develops and leads marketing strategy for a specified area to deliver customer-centric, multi-channel programs that drive customer growth, retention, and engagement. Manages professional employees and/or supervisors supporting complex marketing functions.

What You Will Do

Uses segment-specific strategies and channels to launch marketing programs and products in collaboration with agencies and cross-functional partners (product, sales, and technology teams). Negotiates contracts and activates vendor relationships to support brand and business objectives.

This role supports the Alliance business line as part of the Alliance Marketing Studio team, with a primary focus on marketing for Edward Jones and State Farm Alliance programs. The position is responsible for driving growth through partner sales and branch networks, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

  • Experience across multiple marketing channels: email, organic social, direct mail, paid media (search, display, social), and events
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated curiosity and engagement in program success
  • Performance marketing mindset with ability to measure, analyze, and optimize impact on business growth
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multiple partners, including internal marketing teams (project management, creative, channel) and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain timelines
  • Experience directing creative execution with internal teams and external agencies
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach
