We’re looking for a dynamic, high impact Financial Analyst to join our team! You will work closely with the FP&A, Accounting and CFO office. The individual will have a detailed level of experience in Financial Modeling, working with various systems, including QuickBooks, Salesforce, Bill.com and other applications. We will be replacing QuickBooks with NetSuite and will be selecting a CPM (Corporate Performance Management system) in 2023. Zimperium is a fast-paced organization and the ability to work to tight deadlines, with detail and accuracy will be one of the key features of the role.
What you’ll do:
- Support CFO & Head of Corporate Finance and Corporate Leadership team in planning, forecasting and analyzing operating costs (headcount, T&E, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and SaaS Metrics).
- Manage division’s $100M+ annual budget ensuring spending is on track by understanding the spending profile and continuously balancing between different spend categories.
- Responsible for monthly forecast, and quarterly close including expense reconciliation, accruals, balance sheet review, and analyzing actual results with comparison to forecast
- Build and maintain standardized monthly and quarterly management reports
- Manages financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Creates variance analysis reports and maintains the operating financial models
- Maintains the 13-week rolling cash forecast
- Leads real-time financial performance monitoring.
- Escalates any financial issues to management.
- Sets and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
- Presents detailed monthly financial reports to departmental managers.
- Leads the implementation of a financial planning and analysis software.
- Collaborates with senior members of the accounting and finance teams.
- Ad hoc analysis – analyze data from different perspectives and angles to help support business decisions.
Desired Background
- The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive experience in managing operating expense in a fast-moving high growth tech SaaS environment and business partnering to drive cost efficiency.
- Background in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance or valuation services.
- Excellent financial analytical, quantitative and modeling skills. Highly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint and familiarity with NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Salesforce or comparable systems.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, fast learner and can work independently.
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment and be able to support multiple requests in a time sensitive manner.
- Comfortable with reaching out to others and working with different levels and parts of an organization.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of ownership.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related major or equivalent professional experience is required.
- Certified public accountants (CPA) or certified financial analysts (CFA) are preferred.
- Must have at least 3 years of financial planning experience.
