Join our team as a Data Analyst Associate and support the Credit Union’s analytics and reporting efforts. This temporary development role provides exposure to foundational data concepts, reporting processes, and data governance practices.

Requirements

  • Assist Data Analysts with preparation, validation, and maintenance of reports and dashboards
  • Support data collection, basic data cleaning, and quality checks under supervision
  • Perform exploratory analysis to identify basic trends and discrepancies as directed
  • Help document report definitions, logic, and data sources
  • Learn and follow established data governance standards, definitions, and processes
  • Participate in testing and validation of reports to ensure accuracy
  • Assist with responding to routine data or reporting requests under guidance
  • Build foundational knowledge of the Credit Union’s data warehouse, core systems, and BI tools
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and learning activities as assigned
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive data at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of learning objectives
