CoStar Group is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to join the BizBuySell team. The role will own marketplace-level analytics, define analytical standards, and drive insight that shapes product strategy, monetization, and broker success. The position is located in San Francisco and requires 5 days onsite.
Requirements
- Define and own core operational metrics
- Acquire and clean data from multiple sources
- Conduct exploratory data analysis
- Partner with Product and Exec leadership
- Establish standards for data quality
- Design and maintain canonical datasets
- Reduce ad-hoc analytics load
