Join Trustpilot as a Data Analyst to help us measure, uncover insights, and predict data to get data everywhere in Trustpilot. You’ll work with a global team to protect the integrity of our community and deeply understand how our consumers perceive trust.
Requirements
- Knowledge of reporting best practices and experience delivering actionable insights leveraging BI tools (we use Looker)
- Experience in stakeholder and project management, with the confidence to deliver results back to the business
- Advanced SQL skills (we use BigQuery)
- Data modelling experience: DBT or similar tools used for building data pipelines
- Experience with Python is desirable
- Familiarity of key analytical and statistical methodologies, such as model-based analyses (regression, clustering etc.), cohort analysis
- Familiarity with Airflow
- Familiarity with A/B testing
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
