Data Analyst – Trust

Trustpilot is hiring a Data Analyst to join their Trust team. The successful candidate will work with Trusties in Trust, Comms and Marketing teams to provide data-driven insights, analytics and dashboards/reporting. The role requires expertise in reporting best practices, stakeholder and project management, advanced SQL skills, data modeling, and familiarity with key analytical and statistical methodologies.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of reporting best practices and experience delivering actionable insights leveraging BI tools (we use Looker)
  • Experience in stakeholder and project management, with the confidence to deliver results back to the business
  • Advanced SQL skills (we use BigQuery)
  • Data modelling experience: DBT or similar tools used for building data pipelines
  • Experience with Python is desirable
  • Familiarity of key analytical and statistical methodologies, such as model-based analyses (regression, clustering etc.), cohort analysis
  • Familiarity with Airflow
  • Familiarity with A/B testing
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
