GTM Enablement Manager

The GTM Enablement Manager will partner with Sales & Customer Success leadership to define, execute and measure enablement programs that enhance team performance across the GTM organization. They will own onboarding & ramp performance across GTM teams, while supporting continuous learning and process adherence.

  • Drive measurable improvement to onboarding, enablement and productivity KPIs
  • Design and deliver onboarding programs for new hire ramp
  • Develop and execute continuous learning programs
  • Provide communications and training to support key initiatives
  • Design and implement tools like call libraries and playbooks
  • Accelerate rep ramp and optimize their productivity
  • Partner with GTM and RevOps to develop enablement strategy

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of enablement background in B2B, SaaS environment
  • Previous experience in Sales, SDR, Account Management or CS
  • Excel at program design, development and delivery
  • Strong background in stakeholder engagement across teams
  • Proficient in high-velocity sales motions and GTM dynamics
  • Effective project manager with strong communication skills
