We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Operations Manager to help optimize our sales processes and drive operational excellence across the sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales performance metrics and dashboards
  • Manage CRM and sales tools to ensure data integrity and usability
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to improve forecast accuracy
  • Support sales planning, territory alignment, and quota setting
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years in a sales operations role
  • Expertise in Salesforce and other sales tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities
