We’re looking for a Vice President of Regional Sales Operations to join our GTM strategy team. In this role, you’ll own performance improvement and revenue productivity across all regional sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic planning for regional operations
  • Implement scalable sales process improvements
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across GTM
  • Analyze KPIs and performance trends
  • Design region-specific compensation incentives

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in Sales Operations with regional leadership
  • Experience with GTM analytics and forecasting tools
  • Excellent cross-functional communicator
  • Comfortable with high data environments
  • Applications have closed
