We are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to join our growing team. You will be a crucial part of aligning cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing and sales databases
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management
  • Assist in creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, and relevant sales tools

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations role
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
