Cato Networks is seeking a strategic Marketing Operations Manager to optimize performance, scale marketing systems, and track data for a rapidly growing enterprise cloud network. This role involves automating marketing processes, managing marketing technology stacks, and leveraging data for revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, process-oriented, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations
  • Deep expertise in Marketo/Hubspot workflows and professional-level Salesforce administration/usage.
  • Strong background in email marketing and campaign execution at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with project/campaign management tools like Monday.com.
  • Solid understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in performance marketing metrics.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and communicate with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple functions and priorities simultaneously.
