GTM/Tech sourcer

This is a six-month contract opportunity to help a Fractional/Contract Tech Sourcer locate pre-sales and technical talent for a client (Employer.com). The position involves market mapping, outbound sourcing, pre-sales/post-sales sourcing, and occasional involvement in tech roles. The ideal candidate will prioritize profiles and targets, have strong communication skills, and be adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Prior RPO or embedded recruiting experience ideal
• Experience sourcing SaaS / tech companies
• Comfortable sourcing go-to-market and tech roles
• Experience supporting early-stage or high-growth environments
• Experience sourcing for both technical and GTM roles
• Experience working for a tech start-up
• 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or sourcing roles
• Strong understanding of various sourcing tools and techniques
• Familiarity with AI technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment CRM tools
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions
• Strong sense of urgency
