Senior GTM Recruiter

Rho is seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter to drive a world-class hiring operation across sales, marketing, and customer teams. The role focuses on hiring talented individuals to grow the U.S. go-to-market team during a critical period of growth. It’s a position where you’ll shape and scale Rho’s U.S. go-to-market team, balancing creativity with meticulousness, and prioritizing quality over quantity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in GTM functions like sales, marketing, customer success, or partnerships at a high-growth startup.
• Strong track record of closing candidates and modeling operational excellence.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and stretching beyond the scope.
• Knowledge of the NYC and/or SF GTM talent market.
• Fluency with our tech stack (Linkedin, Notion, Slack, Google, Zoom).
