Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or Business Operations
- Experience with Salesforce and related GTM tech stacks (e.g., Clay, Salesloft, Gong, LeanData)
- Demonstrated success leading business analysis, process improvement, or system transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of GTM processes, data models, and key SaaS metrics
- Proven ability to run intake and prioritization frameworks
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on business outcomes
