Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and analyze end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Conduct deal reviews and perform pricing analytics to support commercial decisions
• Manage revenue reconciliations and ensure accurate, timely recognition of revenue
• Translate customer contracts into invoicing schedules and revenue arrangements
• Lead revenue assurance activities and ensure integrity across business processes
• Apply appropriate accounting structures and costing techniques to all client assignments
• Oversee revenue contract commercial reviews and ensure compliance with policies
• Lead revenue automation initiatives and streamline operational workflows for clients, on various tools
• Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards and internal controls
• Develop and report on key revenue and operational metrics for management
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and data visualisations
• Track and report KPIs and key industry metrics
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting and consistently high-quality deliverables

Qualifications & Requirements

• CA, MBA, CPA, or CFA qualification required
• 4+ years’ experience in business finance, operational analytics, or consulting
• Strong knowledge of data analytics, dashboarding, accounting, costing methods, and revenue assurance
• Good understanding of KPIs and metrics for tech, e-commerce, SaaS, and services industries
• Experience with pricing models, deal modelling, and revenue contract review
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, experience with overseas stakeholder interactions is a plus
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Experience with managing a team
