The role involves owning the GTM workflow, data connections, and automation to improve sales efficiency and scale across sales and marketing. Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in GTM systems, RevOps engineering, or product management
- Experience with Salesforce (specifically Contact, Account, Opportunity, and Campaign objects)
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and at least one programming language (Python, Javascript, Apex, etc.)
- Proven ability to learn new systems quickly and apply emerging technologies
- Experience managing complex integrations and workflow automation
- Strategic mindset with ability to connect business needs to system design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
