Requirements

• 2-4+ years building and shipping user-facing products with measurable growth impact
• Full-stack TypeScript experience with React, APIs, and backend
• Strong product sense + analytical rigor
• Experience with experimentation platforms (homegrown or vendor)
• Bias to action and ability to prototype quickly
