Requirements
- Serve as an in-house expert on product operating principles and their practical application in a fast-moving internal innovation context.
- Rethink and experiment with AI-first ways of working, translating principles into repeatable team habits, templates, and lightweight governance that raise consistency without slowing teams down.
- Define, propose, and track metrics for user success and team success, including adoption, satisfaction, reliability, lessons learned, and measurable business impact.
