Customer Data Strategy & Operations Manager

Serves as a strategic leader for Subaru of America’s customer data strategy and as primary steward of SOA customer data operations. Develops and drives cross-functional customer data strategy, establishes and enforces customer data governance policies, and promotes a culture of data-driven decision making across SOA.

  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand the parts of the business and their interrelationships
  • High curiosity to learn more and brainstorm creative solutions
