- Leadership experience in financial data services/alternative investments and private equity operations
- Understanding of market dynamics and ability to quantify trends impacting the industry
- Operational management skills with a keen attention to detail
- Performance metrics expertise and experience introducing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to articulate complex data insights
- Flexibility to work across various shifts, including night shifts on a rotational or as-needed basis
