We are seeking a Director, Revenue Operations & Analytics to support a fast-growing global sales organization serving the AI market. The position reports to the Senior Director of Operations and Strategy and requires 7-12 years of experience in revenue operations and analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 7-12 years with proven experience in revenue operations and analytics
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
- Advanced Excel required
- Intermediate Salesforce analytics / reporting required
- Intermediate SQL Knowledge preferred
- High attention to detail with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
- Ability to configure and analyze complex data sets and provide appropriate recommendations to management teams
- Ability to prioritize and structure workstreams for yourself and a team in a fast-paced environment
