Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HR systems roles
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience working with People data and dashboards
- Proven experience improving HR processes through automation, system improvements, or data-driven redesign
- Practical experience applying AI or advanced automation in an operational context (HR experience strongly preferred)
- Solid understanding of HR systems and data flows (e.g. HRIS, payroll, benefits, compensation tools)
- A strong sense of responsibility when working with sensitive employee data and compliance requirements
- A collaborative, pragmatic mindset- you enjoy solving real problems and enabling others
