Clients & Markets Enablement Manager

In this role, you’ll help shape how Tax & Legal goes to market, drive coordinated execution of the client and market agenda, and build market presence through high-quality events and content. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Client-centric mindset with experience supporting client programs, account activity, and relationship-led initiatives
  • Strong operational discipline, able to turn strategy into structured plans and manage competing priorities
  • Event experience delivering end-to-end events, including planning, logistics, stakeholder management, and post-event follow-up
  • Strong communications capability, including writing, editing, and creating presentation packs
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes in a complex, matrix environment
  • Confidence using CRM and workflow tools, with a strong focus on data quality and process
  • Understanding of relevant governance and compliance requirements and sound judgement when managing risk
  • Qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
