The role requires owning user acquisition, experimenting across channels, and scaling a community of music learners across DACH and beyond.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in app growth, with a strong focus on user acquisition and performance-driven marketing strategies across mobile platforms.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, App Store Optimization (ASO), and leading analytics and MMP tools, with a proven ability to optimize and scale acquisition channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience, combined with a highly analytical mindset and a deep understanding of subscription-based business models.
- Proven track record in project management, with the ability to design, execute, and analyze multiple experiments in parallel while collaborating cross-functionally with product, content, and operations teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-driven working style;
