The Senior Project Manager | Digital Operations Lead is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of IQVIA’s patient-facing digital initiatives, with a primary focus on Electronic Patient Recruitment (ePR). This is a portfolio-level project management role, overseeing multiple concurrent projects across different sponsors, timelines, and delivery phases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital operations, clinical operations, or a related delivery environment
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Proven ability to work independently
- Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
