Requirements

  • Experience in a digital marketing or event marketing role with significant coordination responsibilities
  • Experience working in deadline-driven environments with many moving pieces
  • Sharp marketing sense to spot good stories, content opportunities, gaps in support, and moments worth sharing
  • Ability to track marketing activity, pull useful reporting, and spot trends, gaps, or areas that need attention
  • Experience using marketing and project management systems
  • Experience supporting internal stakeholders and outside vendors
  • Strong project management and follow-through
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Sound judgment, responsiveness, and professionalism
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Calm under pressure and able to adjust priorities when needs change
  • Comfortable working across teams and keeping others on track
  • Comfortable being on site and paying attention to what is happening in the factory
  • Process-minded and able to tighten workflows so things do not slip
