Requirements
- Experience in a digital marketing or event marketing role with significant coordination responsibilities
- Experience working in deadline-driven environments with many moving pieces
- Sharp marketing sense to spot good stories, content opportunities, gaps in support, and moments worth sharing
- Ability to track marketing activity, pull useful reporting, and spot trends, gaps, or areas that need attention
- Experience using marketing and project management systems
- Experience supporting internal stakeholders and outside vendors
- Strong project management and follow-through
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Sound judgment, responsiveness, and professionalism
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Calm under pressure and able to adjust priorities when needs change
- Comfortable working across teams and keeping others on track
- Comfortable being on site and paying attention to what is happening in the factory
