Campaign Product Operations (Multiple Positions)

TikTok is seeking a Campaign Product Operations professional to partner with product managers, support design and implementation of platform campaign mechanisms, and analyze needs and pain points of categories, merchants, and operations teams.

Requirements

  • Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Analytics (any), Statistics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience
  • Must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: e-commerce industry event planning, strategic planning, or operations
  • Must have experience with product operations for platform campaigns including: demand management, issue management, marketing campaign-related training, and reusability of campaign features or cross-region efficiency
  • Must have 1 year of experience conducting market research and audience/user testing for products and product features
  • Must have 1 year of experience in project management, including creating project plans, managing timelines, and coordinating tasks with cross-functional teams
  • Must have 1 year of experience analyzing data and presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
