About The Role
As Marketing Technology Manager you will be owning the processes related to marketing communication tooling and collaborating with senior leadership in Marketing, Product and Engineering teams to support existing and deliver new exciting features for our marketing communication efforts. The primary goals are to ensure that our tech for communications is scalable across verticals and that the efforts we take have a measurable business impact on the function.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Work with Marketing, Product and Engineering teams to proactively deliver the right technical solutions and implementations for marketing comms integrations
- Build up a roadmap that reflects the Marketing Communication function’s business needs and is communicated proactively with cross-functional teams
- Guide engineering and product team members in necessary implementations based on existing solutions in other verticals or individual research
- Work with Marketing, Tech Support, Product and Engineering to report, identify and fix bugs, issues, and inconsistencies
- Researching both internal and external tools that help solve or improve marketing communication processes
- Ensure proper planning and prioritization for the development of the tech requests
About you:
- You have a proactive attitude, sense of ownership, leadership
- You are experienced with data analytics and experimentation-heavy marketing solutions
- You have excellent understanding of marketing communication and tooling landscape
- You are hands-on with various communication tooling, channels and API integrations
- You are a collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), experience working and communicating with stakeholders in a challenging, fast-paced environment
