The Role
As Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll:
- Expand and implement our multi-stream revenue strategy
- Build relationships with key organisational partners
- Expand and implement our sponsorship and advertising approach
- Develop our premium subscription offering
- Lead organisational engagement and growth
- Shape our overall commercial strategy as a key member of the founding team
This is an equity-based role with performance bonuses tied to revenue targets, ideal for someone who wants to build something meaningful while sharing in its high value reward.
Your Profile
– Proven track record of revenue generation and commercial leadership
- Experience scaling early-stage businesses or launching new products
- Strong understanding of subscription models and digital monetisation
- Exceptional relationship-building and networking abilities
- Strategic mindset balanced with hands-on execution capabilities
- Genuine passion for community impact alongside business growth
- Based in or able to regularly commute to London
