Job Description: The Sales Associate will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. They will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, and provide knowledge and training. The role requires building relationships, recommending products, and maintaining a professional store environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1 + years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
