Director of Revenue Operations (d/f/m)
Munich or Dublin preferred | Hybrid – 2+ days/week in office
The Opportunity
Join Personio’s Revenue Operations team at a defining moment in our growth journey. We’re hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to partner with our VP of Customer Growth and lead the strategic evolution of our post-sales motion – including Account Management, Customer Success, and Product Specialists.
This is a high-impact, global role focused on retention, expansion, and operational excellence. You’ll shape how Personio delivers value to customers after the deal is signed – designing processes, driving strategic planning, and leading a team to help us scale post-sales operations as we work toward IPO readiness.
You’ll also be a core thought partner to senior leadership, with a seat at the table and influence across Sales, Finance, Product, and beyond.
What You’ll Do
- Own the post-sales revenue strategy – focusing on renewals, upsell, and customer retention
- Partner with Customer Growth leadership to drive GTM planning, forecasting, and performance
- Lead strategic initiatives (e.g. renewal optimisation, expansion playbooks, health scoring)
- Build and scale operating models to support long-term growth in the existing customer base
- Use data to drive insight – monitoring KPIs and surfacing risks and opportunities
- Align teams across RevOps, Finance, Systems, Product, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer lifecycle
- Own tooling and dashboards in partnership with Central Ops & Data
- Lead and develop a small team of RevOps professionals, including experienced analysts
- Act as a trusted advisor to execs – shaping post-sales direction with credibility and insight
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 10+ years total experience, including leadership roles in Revenue/Sales/CS Ops or Strategic Ops
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments – ideally supporting post-sales teams
- Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with experience forecasting subscription revenue
- Proven stakeholder management skills – including at VP/C-level
- A background in management consulting or corporate strategy is a strong plus
- Experience managing and growing teams
- Ability to lead through influence across matrixed orgs
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth, and often ambiguous environments
