12Go is seeking a GTM Strategy & Ops Manager to own and lead the marketing plan for their assigned country, aligning Marketing, Supply, Product, and Customer Support to hit revenue and ticket targets. This role involves strategic coordination, commercial execution, and operational management at the country level, including market insights and reporting.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years in GTM/Commercial Ops/Strategy/Business Development within OTA/marketplace
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and impact on revenue/tickets/CVR/margin
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- English proficiency and Thai/Vietnamese are a plus
