12Go, a Travelorter group member, is seeking a GTM Strategy & Ops Manager to own and execute the end-to-end GTM plan for their assigned country, aligning Marketing, Supply, Product, and Customer Support. This role involves strategic coordination, commercial execution, and operational oversight to drive revenue and ticket targets. The role blends strategy, commercial execution, and operational unblockers at the country level.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years in GTM/Commercial Ops/Strategy/Business Development within OTA/marketplace
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- English and Thai/Vietnamese language proficiency
- Leadership and impact on revenue/tickets/CVR/margin
