The role focuses on creating onboarding and training materials, designing targeted enablement initiatives, and driving productivity for the full-stack GTM team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in enablement, revenue operations, or a similar role.
- 3+ years of experience managing complex GTM projects.
- 1+ year of experience leading and developing a high-performing team.
- Deep understanding of GTM challenges and experience with SaaS.
- Executive presence and data-driven mindset.
