The CRO Specialist will be responsible for improving customer journeys and driving revenue through data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies, focusing on Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands, particularly food & beverage.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of dedicated CRO experience
- Strong expertise in GA4, heatmapping tools, and A/B testing platforms
- Proven record of driving measurable improvements in conversion rate, revenue per visitor, and user engagement
- Ability to translate data into clear and compelling insights
- Solid understanding of CPG customer behavior and merchandising principles
- Experience collaborating with design, development, and marketing teams
- Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus
