Role Overview
The Revenue Operations Analyst will own the systems, workflows, and analytical frameworks that protect revenue, eliminate margin leakage, and empower the sales team to operate faster and smarter. This role is pivotal at the intersection of financial integrity, sales process excellence, and intelligent automation.
What You Will Do
Design and deploy AI-powered tools, HubSpot automations, and data pipelines that replace manual processes with scalable, intelligent systems. Calculate sales commissions, maintain commission trackers, and manage exceptions hands-on.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or related roles (CPaaS, SaaS, or telecom preferred)
