Private Credit Data Analyst

9fin is looking for a Private Credit Data Analyst to collect and analyze private credit and BDC data in the opaque market. The role involves data management, analysis, and reporting, and requires experience in getting hold of and deriving insights from large and detailed datasets in capital markets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in banking/asset management/ratings/data/analysis or any other area of credit markets, especially private credit
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools
• Ability to build relationships with key market participants and get them comfortable with sharing their data
• Comfortable working with journalists, analysts, engineers, and product managers to build a best-in-class database
• Detail-oriented and able to understand nuance and hone in on important details
