About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Revenue Operations Lead to build and run the engine that powers our commercial growth.
Responsibilities
- Map and optimise end-to-end revenue processes (lead → deal → implementation → renewal → expansion).
- Build and enforce clear handover points between Sales, Solutions, Implementation, and Customer Success.
- Standardise pricing approvals, deal desk workflows, and renewal processes.
- Own Hubspot and ensure accurate pipeline, forecasting, and customer lifecycle data.
- Develop dashboards and reporting on revenue KPIs: ARR, NRR, churn, sales velocity, win rates, and capacity.
- Partner with Finance on forecasting models and revenue planning.
