Inside Sales – Japanese Bilingual

Role Overview

We are seeking an Inside Sales professional to support sales activity under the Sales Manager. The role involves communicating with customers and vendors, entering data into the operation system, and completing various reports related to sales, shipping, and raw materials.

What You Will Do

Communicate with customers and vendors, enter data into the operation system, complete reports, check EDI files, and ensure Hayakawa backlog matches customers’ open purchase orders.

Requirements

• Two years of college or associate’s degree
• Six months to one-year related experience and/or training
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Language skills in Japanese and English
• Mathematical skills
• Computer skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
